Acceptable and Fair Usage Policy

With regards to our consumer offerings, Aerocom Broadband Services’ goal is to ensure that all its customers have fair access to the network. The AUP and FUP is engineered to ensure that there is not a situation where a select few are abusive of the network and affect the quality of service for the rest of the network users.

The AUP & FUP applies to all Aerocom Broadband Services services unless otherwise stated on a carrier business mission-critical SLA service.

Fair Usage Policy (FUP)

We reserve the right to establish policies, rules, and limitations, from time to time, concerning the use of any service. You must comply with any bandwidth, data storage and other limitations we may impose, in our reasonable discretion.

Economy Series Management

With regard to our economy series on both the wireless & fiber networks, there are no set fair usages. The fair usages remain dynamic on relevant to network load. Should a client be demonstrating excessive unattended downloading we reserve the right to protect the experience of others. Flagging of this kind of activity includes but is not limited to:

• Rapidly downloading one file after another.
• Using robots, spiders, or other automated programs to download from the network/internet.

We reserve the right to manage our network and any IP Services for security purposes and optimization, including: rate-limiting (speed), rejection of spam, anti-virus mechanisms, and protocol filtering.
